From Passion to Perfect Roasts
At Elusive Coffee, our mission is simple: to bring great coffee to everyday people at affordable prices, without compromising on quality or sustainability. What started as a hobby has grown into a deep-rooted passion for coffee roasting, and we're excited to share that journey with you.
For over a decade, I roasted coffee at home, driven by a love of discovering new flavours and experimenting with different beans. After years of honing my craft, I took the leap from home enthusiast to commercial roaster, founding Elusive Coffee right here in Adelaide.
Our goal is to bring the same quality, traceability, and care I poured into home roasting to our community - at prices that make great coffee accessible to everyone.

- Who we are: a specialty coffee roaster in Adelaide, South Australia, founded in September 2024.
- Where we roast: at the Settlement Roasting facility in Adelaide - every order is roasted to order, in small batches, on Sundays and Wednesdays.
- Where to find us: no café - we sell online, through local stockists, and in person at Adelaide markets: the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market, Sunday Funday, Gilles at the Grounds, and the Campbelltown Moonlight Markets.
- What we sell: hard-to-find single origins, house blends, decaf, subscriptions and sample packs - roughly $17–$31 a bag, shipped Australia-wide (free over $60), plus wholesale supply for SA cafés and retailers.

We work directly with sustainable farms, so our beans are traceable from crop to cup. Every bag you buy delivers outstanding flavour and supports responsible, eco-friendly farming.

Our Process
We roast in small batches to highlight the unique character of each origin. From the moment the beans enter the roaster to the moment they're sealed, we monitor every step to bring out the best flavour.
Freshness is key, which is why each batch is roasted to order - so your coffee arrives at its peak, with the vibrant flavours and aromas only freshly roasted beans can offer.
