Returns Policy
Elusive Coffee is committed to customer satisfaction and adheres to Australian Consumer Law. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Perishable and Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and health regulations, perishable itemsโsuch as coffee beans and other consumable productsโcannot be returned. However, if you have concerns about any perishable item, please contact us to discuss your experience.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Contact us at info@elusivecoffee.com.au for assistance.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day period
Refunds
For approved refunds, we will notify you by email. Once processed, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to be posted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received your refund after the approval notification:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank to confirm the transaction.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us at info@elusivecoffee.com.au and send the item to:

Gifts
If a returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. A gift certificate will be emailed once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive the returned item.
