Shipping policy

At Elusive Coffee, we strive to dispatch all orders by the next business day. However, during busy sales events or when coffee roasting is required, processing times may take a little longer.

Free Shipping for Coffee Orders

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for coffee orders over $60. This offer is limited to coffee beans only and applies to orders weighing up to 3kg.

Flat Rate Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $7.5 (limited to coffee orders up to 3kg).

  • Express Shipping: $14 (limited to coffee orders up to 3kg).

Please note that these rates apply only to coffee products and are not available for brewing equipment or other items.

Fresh Coffee Roasting

We take pride in roasting our coffee fresh to ensure the highest quality. As a result, there may be occasions when shipping is delayed by up to 5 days due to our roasting schedule. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize delivering the freshest coffee possible.

Drop Shipping

Some brewing equipment and machines may be drop-shipped from our Australian distributor if not in stock at Elusive Coffee. Please note that this may add a few extra days to your delivery time.

Shipping Services

For all orders, we utilize Sendle and Australia Post to ensure reliable and affordable delivery options. For local deliveries within Adelaide, we aim to deliver within the next business day after dispatch.

Delivery Times

  • Most standard delivery orders to major metropolitan areas: Expected to arrive within 3–8 business days from dispatch.

  • Regional or rural areas: Delivery times may be longer.

Delivery Guidelines

If you are not home when your delivery arrives:

  • Orders containing only non-perishable items will be left in a safe, unattended location.

  • Orders containing perishable items will be returned to Elusive Coffee for collection during business hours. Unfortunately, we cannot separate perishable and non-perishable items if you are not home.

Please note that these delivery estimates are subject to postal delays caused by our shipping partners, which are beyond our control. Delays may also occur due to COVID-19-related issues.

Orders Containing Alcohol

All parcels containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery. The recipient must be 18 years of age or older to accept the delivery.

Tracking

All orders will include tracking details. You can track your order here, provided that you submit a valid email address at the time of purchase.

If you have not received your order within one week of placing it online, please contact us at info@elusivecoffee.com.au, and we'll work to resolve the issue for you.
