How It Works

  • Choose your coffee: Pick from our selection of single-origin or blended coffee varieties.
  • Select your grind: Opt for whole beans or ground coffee, tailored to your brewing method.
  • Pick your delivery frequency: Choose how often you want your coffee delivered (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
  • Enjoy: Receive freshly roasted, locally sourced coffee, delivered straight to your door.

Note: Subscription discounts are intended for customers maintaining their chosen delivery frequency. If a subscription is paused or skipped excessively, Elusive Coffee reserves the right to adjust or remove the discount.

Gifting Subscriptions

Elusive Coffee subscriptions make for a unique and thoughtful gift. If you're purchasing a subscription as a gift:

  • Select the "Gift Subscription" option at checkout.
  • Provide the recipient's delivery address and preferred delivery frequency.
  • The gift will continue for the selected duration, with the option to renew for the recipient if they wish to continue.

Minimum Renewal Requirement

All subscriptions require a minimum of one renewal beyond the initial purchase. After the first delivery cycle, your subscription will automatically renew once. Following this renewal, you may pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account on our website.

Managing Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime after the initial renewal via your account on our website.

  • Changes made before your next order’s processing date will be applied to that order.
  • Changes made after the processing date will apply to subsequent orders.

Billing

  • Your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to your chosen delivery frequency.
  • We use secure payment processing to ensure your financial information remains protected.

Overall Cancellation Policy

  • For Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription anytime after the initial renewal without any penalties. If you cancel before your next order’s processing date, you won’t be charged for that order. Cancellations after the processing date will take effect on future orders, and you will receive any coffee that has already been processed.
  • Elusive Coffee’s Rights: Elusive Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel subscriptions at any time. Where a change affects an active subscription (such as delivery frequency, discount, or product availability), we will notify you and obtain your consent before applying changes to future orders.
  • For Unfulfilled Orders: Orders that have not yet been fulfilled and shipped can be canceled without penalties. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before it ships.
  • For Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

One-Time Purchases

For those who prefer more flexibility, we offer one-time purchases of all our coffee products.

Pre-Orders

At times, we may offer pre-orders for special or limited-edition coffees. Here’s how it works:

  • Select your pre-order item and proceed with checkout.
  • A partial or full payment may be required at the time of purchase.
  • You’ll be notified of the expected shipping date.
  • Once your coffee is roasted and ready, we’ll process any remaining payment and ship your order.

Pre-Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it’s roasted and shipped.
  • If you’ve made a partial payment, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
  • Once the coffee has been roasted, cancellations are subject to our standard return policy.
