The Story
In the lush hills of Apía, Risaralda, three dedicated women-María, Noralba, and Lina-cultivate coffee with passion and purpose. The name Chapoleras honours the women who, for generations, hand‑picked cherries during harvest across Colombia. This single‑estate lot comes from the El Betel and El Naranjo farms where Castillo and Caturra thrive at 1,600 MASL.
Naturally processed and sun‑dried, the cherries concentrate sugars for a honeyed aroma and juicy, fruit‑forward cup with a smooth medium body.
