Ethiopian Coffee Beans – Yirgacheffe & Guji, Roasted in Adelaide

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and our Ethiopian single origins show why — bright, floral and fruit-forward, with a clarity that makes a brilliant filter or pour-over. Roasted to order in Adelaide.

What does Ethiopian coffee taste like?

Expect florals (jasmine, bergamot), stone fruit and berry, and a tea-like delicacy. Washed Yirgacheffes are clean and citrusy; naturals lean into ripe berry and sweetness. Both shine as filter, pour-over or Aeropress, and make a vibrant black coffee.

Yirgacheffe vs Guji — what is the difference?

They are growing regions in southern Ethiopia. Yirgacheffe is known for floral, citrus elegance; Guji for bigger, berry-forward fruit. Each lot lists its washing station, process and altitude.

How to brew Ethiopian coffee
